David Helbock is a "consistent tracker on the pulse of time" and a "gifted storyteller on the piano" (3sat Kulturzeit). Already on his ACT debut "Into the Mystic", the Austrian put a new, personal stamp on well-known compositions. His album is a "Tour d'Horizon" - also the title - to the grandees of jazz piano.
