Delivery

Delivery times specified by us are calculated from the time of our order confirmation, assuming prior payment of the purchase price.
If no different delivery time is specified for the respective goods in our online shop, it is 3 to 5 working days.
When making deliveries abroad, please note that due to customs regulations and long shipping routes, the delivery date cannot be predicted exactly.

We ship with DHL parcel shipping; depending on the individual order, package size and delivery abroad, the shipping company may differ (TOF, Hermes, UPS)

Shipping

The buyer bears the shipping costs stated in the ordering process.
The prices stated are end consumer prices and include, the applicable statutory VAT.
Costs are calculated automatically during the ordering process depending on the order and delivery address.
For deliveries outside the EU, additional customs duties and other local taxes or import duties or taxes may apply. These are not the responsibility of the seller and must be borne by the buyer.

We reserve the right to adjust our prices accordingly.


(1) Shipping costs for shipping within Germany

Standard shipping: € 5.99
Orders within Germany are free of charge for orders over € 50,00.


(2) Shipping costs abroad

Shipping to EU member states: € 15.00
Great Britain, Northern Ireland and Switzerland: € 25.00
Russian Federation, North Africa and the Middle East: € 35.00
America (North, Central, South), Asia and the rest of Africa: € 45.00
Australia and Oceania: € 50.00
