"A listening pleasure not only for die-hard jazz fans but for everyone who loves music." (Thomas Quasthoff) "Dieter Ilg's music is true relaxation for me that doesn't fit into any category. For me, it's freedom music. With Beethoven, the wonderful trio with Rainer Böhm and Patrice Heral offers me a menu that embraces me and carries me forward. Dieter Ilg's new CD is called 'Mein Beethoven.' It's not, but it was his music, and now it's mine." (Vincent Klink, Michelin-starred chef and jazz musician)
