JBBG Jazz Bigband Graz
The Jazz Big Band Graz was founded in Austria in 1998 and is recognised as one of the most innovative big bands in Europe. It combines traditional big band arrangements with modern jazz, funk and electronic influences, which has earned it an international reputation. Under the direction of Sigi Feigl and later Heinrich von Kalnein, the JBBG has released numerous albums, including ‘Urban Folktales’. The band often collaborates with guest musicians and soloists and is known for its powerful and complex live performances.
