Tim Hagans
Born in Ohio, America, the jazz trumpeter and composer is known for his modern, expressive style and technical skills. He played with Stan Kenton in the 1970s and later moved to Sweden, where he worked with the Norrbotten Big Band. Hagans has worked with many jazz greats throughout his career and has been nominated for a Grammy several times. His albums‘Future Miles’ and ‘The Avatar Sessions’ in particular have been praised for their innovative mix of jazz and electronic elements. In addition to his work as a performer and composer, Hagans is also active as a teacher and has taught at several universities and conservatories worldwide.
