Max von Mosch Orchestra
The orchestra was founded by the German saxophonist and composer Max von Mosch and combines elements of jazz, classical and contemporary music. Under the direction of Mosch, who is known for his creative compositions and arrangements, the orchestra has developed a modern, orchestral jazz sound characterised by complex harmonies and groovy rhythms. The band has played at renowned jazz festivals and impresses with its combination of improvisational playing and orchestral precision. Mosch himself contributes his experience as a soloist and bandleader to various international projects, which emphasises the orchestra's versatility. The Max von Mosch Orchestra is regarded as one of the most exciting formations on the contemporary German jazz scene.
