The Norwegian jazz trio consisting of pianist Morten Qvenild, bassist Roger Arntzen and drummer Pål Hausken are characterised by their atmospheric and melodic blend of jazz, rock and experimental music, which has earned them international recognition. In The Country is known for their dynamic live performances in which they seamlessly combine improvisation and structured songwriting.
