The power of melody is the binding thread in the interplay of Rita Marcotulli and Luciano Biondini. "La Strada Invisibile" is their shared journey in search of the magic of the moment. Both share a deep love for the traditional songs of their homeland, Italy. It was on this foundation that they eventually discovered their passion for jazz. Classical music, Italian songcraft, and jazz all come together virtuosically in "La Strada Invisibile." Through subtle movements, gestures, and lines, exciting moments and new musical revelations emerge spontaneously. The music is full of humor, melancholy, tenderness, and temperament. It may be a cliché that sensitivity, emotionality, and carefreeness are typically Italian traits, but there is a true essence to it all, as "La Strada Invisibile" demonstrates.
