Order of Merit for Nils Landgren
Nils Landgren receives the Order of Merit of the German federal state of Schleswig Holstein for his support of culture and young talent. Landgren has been the director of the JazzBaltica Festival, which takes place in Schleswig Holstein, since 2012. He also presents the IB.SH JazzAward to up-and-coming talent as part of JazzBaltica, gives workshops at the LandesJugendJazzOrchester and supports the musical education at local schools with the "JazzBaltica@School" project.
