Exhibition with Katja Strunz at the Berlin ACT Gallery
Since its founding, ACT has stood not only for musical discoveries “In the Spirit of Jazz”, but also for “The Art in Music” – building bridges between visual art and music. ACT founder Siggi Loch describes the label as a “temple of the muses”, a home for creative passions.
Selected works from Siggi Loch’s personal “ACT Art Collection” have previously been shown at venues including the Weserburg in Bremen. Now, the ACT Gallery in Berlin is opening its doors to the public for a limited time: from 12 September to 17 October, it will host “Aus dem Auge, aus dem Sinn” (“Out of Sight, Out of Mind”), an exhibition by visual artist Katja Strunz, whose work has already featured on the covers of several ACT albums.
The exhibition is open on Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays from 1 to 5 pm. Visits are by prior registration only via GALLERY@CFA-BERLIN.DE. As visitor numbers are limited, we recommend booking early.
We warmly invite you to visit this special place, where numerous albums have been recorded, including releases in “The Gallery Concerts” series.
