Expansion of ACT Management
Andreas Brandis appointed ACT Managing Director
Petra Deka to be Managing Director of KLAWEI Music Publishing / Edition ACT Publishing
 
As from October 1st, 2015, ANDREAS BRANDIS will become the new managing director at ACT Music + Vision GmbH & Co. KG and thus be responsible for business operations. PETRA DEKA remains registered manager and is appointed managing director of KLAWEI music publishing / Edition ACT Publishing. SIGGI LOCH will remain as Chief Executive Officer and in that function will continue to concentrate on the artist roster and business strategy.

By expanding and restructuring its management, ACT will be in a position to face the new challenges in a still rapidly changing music business. Andreas Brandis (34) is a graduated musician (University of Music and Theatre, Leipzig) and also holds a master degree in culture and media management (University of Music and Theatre, Hamburg). In 2008 he started out in his first job in the music industry and in 2011 became product manager for the label ECM at UNIVERSAL. In 2014 he was appointed senior product manager at the Deutsche Grammophon GmbH. During the various stages of his career he had very successful collaborations with internationally renowned artists from the fields of jazz, classical music and pop music. Andreas Brandis is married and a father of two children.
